The Board is delighted that the Honorable Judge Edith Messina will be speaking at the Luncheon. Judge Messina was the first female circuit court judge in Jackson County, Missouri, when she joined the bench in 1984. Judge Messina retired from the bench in December 2014. We hope that you will join us for lunch and to hear Judge Messina talk about her inspiring path to the law; her leadership on the bench and mentorship of numerous judges; and her experiences as a lifelong, devoted public servant.
