Noah’s practice centers on employment matters and FELA litigation. He defends companies involved in responding to OSHA complaints, including whistleblower retaliation complaints filed in OSHA under Section 11(c), Surface Transportation Assistance Act (STAA), Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and Energy Reorganization Act (ERA).

Noah has previously served as an attorney on the Labor & Employment team at BNSF Railway Company in Fort Worth, TX where he was lead trial counsel on whistleblower cases filed throughout the country under the Federal Railroad Safety Act, 49 U.S.C. § 20109. His duties included defending administrative hearings, federal court proceedings, and advising the field. He has tried whistleblower retaliation cases in Kansas City, Houston, Chicago, Portland, and Davenport. While in Fort Worth, he had the opportunity to participate in the conductor shadowing program, where he worked with train crews hauling freight on the Texas Division.

Noah also serves as a volunteer attorney at KCMBA Military Matters, a committee that provides free legal services to veterans in the Kansas City area. He also assists veterans through the American Bar Association Military pro bono project.
